Got this back stretcher to release some pressure from my lower back. It is easy to assemble and it has different adjustable levels to increase or lessen the intensity of the stretch. After a few minutes of use I can feel my spine more elongated and relieved! It is a great tool to have and it also makes a great Father’s Day Gift!

⭐️New YouTube Video! ⭐️ I am starting to decorate our new apartment here in Tampa, and I wanted to begin with our master bathroom. I am all about that sacred time where I take my bath, or do my skin care routine, and really take the time to relax and re-energize, so I wanted to make this master bathroom a Zen space, where I can take time for myself to feel fresh again, all staying within budget.
Since we are renting the apartment I did not want to make major changes to the walls or anything that would take time and money to change back, so I found some bathroom items that really create peacefulness and the calm ambience that I am looking for. These items are all listed in the description !

We live here now.!!!! 🌊🌴 Our first week and a half in Tampa, FL and we are overwhelmed by nature’s beauty and the many places we want to explore, but don’t even have enough time to go yet! We are still unpacking, exhausted from all the packing in Boston, the movers’ “experience” the 30 hour trip, and unpacking... Things are slowly getting into place, it is pretty much done, but my shop’s office is still a work in process, because I am also working on a new line of pillows that will knock your socks off... 💜 This week is going to be for getting a new drivers license, registration, plates + all the licenses and permits for the business... and setting up cable and internet...it is time consuming and COVID-19 makes things go slower... BTW I am surprised by the amount of people not wearing masks here... ❓❗️WEAR MASKS PEOPLE!!!!
We are following the devastating and frustrating news...What a moment in history... we are fighting two viruses Covid and Racism!!! We live in a critical and painful time, now more than ever we need consciousness, reflection and action. Let’s be part of a change, show that we do have power to make things better, attain justice and equality!
This was a long post but as we are trying to get settled in our new home, there is a lot going on in the country that is painful and that we need to speak about. Let’s hope we can peacefully make change and build a better tomorrow!
