Originating from Einbeck, Germany in the 14th century, it was originally known as Einbeck beer.

Stronger than your average lager, Bock beer typically boasts an alcohol content ranging from 6-7% ABV, contributing to its richer flavor profile. Some varieties include Traditional, Maibock, Doppelbock, and Eisbock.

Brewed in the winter and released in the spring, it is a symbol of strength, with 'bock' meaning 'goat' in German. 🐐 We don't have a goat, but we have a kitty! Say hi, Eyebrows!

1 1/2 oz Silver Tequila
1/2 oz Grand Marnier
1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
1/2 oz Agave Syrup
1 Egg White

Add ingredients to shaker with ice, shake well, and strain over fresh ice.

We put sugar on the rim and added a little extra foam on top. Oh, yes! 😋💚

Hi! My name is Pumba and I died in my mommy’s arms one week ago today. I struggled the last 6 months of my life. I was completely paralyzed (CNS injury according the specialists), yet remained happy, hungry, and sassy til the very end. In the end it was my heart that failed and I took the trip over the rainbow bridge.

My mom is Jessi, owner of Belles of the Bar and we wanted to put this fundraiser together for our friends . We fostered many, less fortunate dogs over the years. In my honor, on , we thank you for considering donating to our favorite rescue . The goal is to reach $1100 for the 11 years of happiness and joy I brought to this world!

Mommy called me the BULLY of the BAR because I helped mommy with so many of the Belles’ events. (This picture is one of those times! I was the best car companion!)

Some of my favorite things were car rides, belly rubs, tug-o-war, cuddling with mommy, and salmon! One of my greatest achievements was helping mommy and daddy with all the foster dogs through rescue the past few years of my life. I always welcomed the less fortunate dogs into my home and space, shared my toys, food, and mommy’s and daddy’s attention. I will be thanking you all from heaven for your kindness and contributions. 🤍🤍🤍
