Welcome to those who are new to this platform and hello to the OG’s that have continuously supported me from the beginning of time.

First and foremost I wanna say heyyyyyy!! I miss you all honestly and I’ve heard I’ve also been missed which makes me feel so good because I’ve realized that there are still people out there that NEED ME.

Here’s what’s been up with my life though! We’ve all seen the baby I had back in 2021, from there I went full fledge into a project to build a food truck beginning 2022. At the end of 2022, I started the build out of food trucks and I gotta tell you, it’s not for me!

By the beginning of 2023 I found out I had another baby on the way, THATS RIGHT 2 UNDER 2! By August I launched my food truck park OFFICIALLY and by September I gave birth to a beautiful baby girl 🥹

Woohh I gotta tell you IVE BEEN BUSY. At this point I’ve come to the conclusion that building food trucks was not for me for many reasons including mistakes that I’ve made and mostly because it’s very hands on and I did not and do not have the capacity to keep up with that and now a days, people DO NOT WANT TO WORK SADLY!

In the midst of all of that, I’ve paused my YouTube videos as well as not stayed consistent on Tik Tok, however, I still have leads reaching out because of both platforms, which has made me realize one thing..

I have the opportunity of new doors opening for me and this entire time I got distracted opening a door that wasn’t meant to be open, AKA, becoming a builder.

I love the food truck industry so much that I thought I could offer something else within my niche but soon realized, I meant for something greater, which are to serve all you and help you go through the process of starting your dream business going mobile.

This is what Dreams Gone Mobile is all about and this has never changed.

Overall, I am extremely grateful for God first and foremost for blessing me and allowing me to give and help others with opportunities that people didn’t think they could have.

I am thankful for my family, my boys, husband, parents, and friends who have supported me along the journey with their abundance of support.

Oftentimes, we get stuck in a mindset that we don’t believe in ourselves or believe we can make it, we begin to question our ability to what we are capable of doing and it gets challenging and scary trying to go full force with no idea how it will turn out.

I’ve been in the restaurant industry well over ten years and have seen how much money is in the industry and how much can be made.

TRIGGER WARNING 🚨

MOTIVATIONAL POST 🚨

How many of you have seen this trailer riding around Tampa! Well now they have a set location out in Ybor City and Lutz.

has three trailers and two brick and mortars.

They started as a grocery store before the pandemic then decided to get a food trailer thay they can park outside their store.

During the pandemic, they did really well to a point where they launched their second and opened up their brick and mortar in Ybor City

Soon they launched their third food trailer and opened up their second brick and mortar which is a breakfast spot

I’ve had the opportunity to license all their food trucks while the team built out the trailers.

The very last trailer was able to get inspected this year right before the where they completely sold out at the event!

In a matter of two years, Los Chapos has accomplished and grown so much and hopefully continues to expand.
