My name is Davi Andrade and I was born in Tucano, a city in the interior of the State of Bahia, Brazil on March 13, 1994, but I lived most of my life in a neighboring municipality with just 10 thousand inhabitants, called Caldas do I gush. I decided to move to the United States in search of a new life. But I'm getting ahead of myself. Before getting here, I went through many things that made me who I am today. And that's what I want to share with you.
I had a very troubled childhood. Thank God, I never lacked food, but I didn't have a life of abundance. I grew up helping my father in his restaurant, where I learned from an early age to value work and effort. When I was just 8 years old, I set up a stall in front of my father's restaurant to sell sweets, I wasn't even big enough, but I already had a lot of courage. As a teenager I started working at an internet provider company in my city. I have always had an entrepreneurial streak and a dream of having my own business.
But not everything was easy in my life. When I was 10 years old, my parents separated, their separation affected me a lot. Today I work with what I love. While in Brazil my life was based on sitting inactive all day in front of a computer, today I do what I really love: I love the feeling of always being on the move, I love discovering new places and connecting with the world. nature in these places, I love every detail of what I do, from packing boxes to the act of being able to literally make people change.
I believe that my work today is a reflection of everything that has happened in my life.

Eu me chamo Davi Andrade e nasci em Tucano, uma cidade no interior do Estado da Bahia, No Brazil no dia 13 de março de 1994, mas vivi a maior parte da minha vida em um município vizinho com apenas 10 mil habitantes, chamado Caldas do Jorro. Eu decidi me mudar para os Estados Unidos em busca de uma nova vida. Mas eu estou me adiantando. Antes de chegar até aqui, eu passei por muitas coisas que me fizeram ser quem eu sou hoje. E é isso que eu quero compartilhar com você.
Eu tive uma infância muito conturbada. Graças a Deus, alimento nunca me faltou, mas eu não tive uma vida de abundâncias. Eu cresci ajudando o meu pai em seu restaurante, onde eu aprendi desde cedo a valorizar o trabalho e o esforço. Quando tinha apenas 8 anos, montei uma barraquinha na frente do restaurante do meu pai para vender doces, eu sequer tinha tamanho, mas já tinha muita coragem. Já adolescente comecei a trabalhar em uma empresa de provedor de internet da minha cidade. Eu sempre tive uma veia empreendedora e um sonho de ter o meu próprio negócio.
Mas nem tudo foi fácil na minha vida. Quando eu tinha 10 anos, os meus pais se separaram, a separação deles me afetou muito, Hoje eu trabalho com o que eu amo. Enquanto no Brasil a minha vida era baseada em ficar o dia todo sentado e inerte em frente a um computador, hoje eu faço o que eu realmente amo: Eu amo o sentimento de estar sempre em movimento, amo conhecer lugares novos e me conectar com a natureza nesses lugares, eu amo cada detalhe do que eu faço, desde empacotar caixas até o ato de poder literalmente realizar a mudança das pessoas.
Eu acredito que o meu trabalho hoje é um reflexo de tudo que aconteceu na minha vida. Quando alguém resolve se mudar, ele encerra ciclos e começa outros, ele se reinventa e se reconstrói, ele busca um novo caminho, uma nova direção, um novo destino. Durante muito tempo na minha vida eu tive que fazer isso: me readaptar, me reinventar e recalcular rotas para conseguir me reerguer. Mas hoje eu posso dizer que valeu a pena, que todas as minhas mudanças e transformações me levaram até onde eu queria estar. Eu encontrei o meu propósito no mundo.
E é por isso que eu amo tanto ajudar as pessoas com suas mudanças, porque eu sei o quanto elas significam. Hoje o que me move é fazer parte da realização dos sonhos dos meus clientes, porque a cada mudança um novo sonho se constrói, uma nova expectativa se renova, e várias vidas se transformam. Ao longo da minha história por muitas vezes eu tive que recomeçar, e hoje é isso que a Davis Moving faz, eu acredito que são muito mais do que mudanças, eu ajudo as pessoas a transformarem as suas vidas a partir de um novo recomeço.
