🫠reality: show a few (hundred) houses, work late into the night and early in the morning (making yourself available when your clients are available, writing up LOTS of contracts, consoling clients after their highest and best offers were beat out, coordinating with lenders, title companies, inspectors, appraisers, contractors, and other agents and making sure they’re aligned and meeting deadlines, working tirelessly over the course of a transaction to sometimes having it cancelled in the final hour, then seeing taxes, marketing costs, association fees, and brokerage fees take a considerable chunk in the end. 💡BUT, there’s no better feeling than seeing your clients land the house of their dreams and sellers getting top dollar from their investment!
