Rock band “20 Shades” was founded by front-man James Pergolatti in Tampa Florida U.S.A in 2010. The band brings a diverse new sound that is a mix of classic metal and modern day Rock, and Christian rock,with a positive message. The sound is has said to be very powerful adding amazing stage presence and heavy classic guitars in the modern arena said by Curb Records in Nashville at a live

concert performance in Nashville TN.
20 shades main genre is Christian rock,and it’s brand name comes from the single “20shades of Grey” off the Birth album. The songs meaning coming out from darkness and into the Light,the many shades of grey in between. Since forming, the band released 2 Pergolatti penned demos, “Faith” ,and “Animal” which successfully caught the ear of fans, radio stations, and producers. With in a few months, James Pergolatti was approached By TMG records to record the album “ Birth “ that was released in 2011 under TMG ( Tate music group) records.

20 Shades entered the music scene touring , and opening for bands, W.A.S.P, Stryper, Stephen Pearcy, Ratt , Ted Nugent , Blue Oyster cult and started touring across the U.S.A
2014 has 20 Shades making inroads in the online community – releasing “Favor Me” to the online download industry and was immediately flooded with downloads.
20 Shades has also come out in 2014 with an anti bully campaign they are naming the “No Bully Tour”. Addressing a problem the band feels is a growing epidemic, they are touring the US playing concerts for Christian and secular groups . The early shows have received a great reception and has exploded their online presence,Earning the title of the “internet sensations”. Discography

James Pergolatti forms “20shades” in Tampa fl to record and tour in 2010,James Pergolatti and 20 Shades signs to TMG Records in 2011 recording the record “Birth” and releasing it in April 2011.All songs were written by James Pergolatti and performed in the studio at TMG in Oklahoma U.S.AAfter releasing the Birth record in April 20 Shades started a national US Tour through the end of November of 2011.
2012-2014
While Touring and Gaining momentum for the Birth Record James released “Favor Me” and “Pick me up “singles and Signing to Seven Day Records to start work on the Release of the Album Revelation 13.
2015-2016
The single “Master of lies” released in April 2015 and went viral on NBS tracking along with 2 weeks on Amazons best seller list.

The Song "Visions" in its beginning was in demo form and released before its time,and received over 3million streams in a week's time.
There is a longer story, but in short the Record label shouldn't have released that version.
So looking back at the whole incident it was a 🙌 blessing it all worked out in our favor.
