Prices will continue to increase. Waiting is only going to make it worse. That is almost guaranteed. Rates decreasing is no guarantee. And if they do, whatever benefit you get from a lower rate will be canceled out by increase cost. Especially since lower rates will drive the cost up more. The rates are not " high". The rates are more normal now. They have been unusually and record low. Buying now gives you the ability to buy at a better price and IF the rates decrease ( no guarantee) then you can refinance. Worse case, you can sell and still most likely have a better rate of return then most investments. Meanwhile, rent is also practically guaranteed to continue to increase!! Call me NOW!! 🏠🏠🏠🏀🏀🏀
