Today, marks the anniversary of the unfortunate passing of Ralph Santolla, a music legend. We had the privilege of working with him on our first LP and appreciate his contributions. He provided some killer guitar solos on our song, "They Will Listen to the Dead." Rest in power, brother! 🤘

It's been 3 years since we've been able to play music in a live environment. During our "Blight of the Living" tour in 2019, we recorded a live version of, "Scorched Atrocity." We look forward to 2023 where we can play live shows again and record more killer songs to share with you all.

What better way to kick off the weekend than with a new band member announcement?! As many of you are aware, Jesse first joined BlightMass solely as the vocalist, however, due to line-up changes he performed both bass and vocal duties for our most recent album, Harbinger of Lucidity. With that said, Jesse is returning to his former position as singer and it brings us great pleasure to welcome Daniel Santana to the band as our new bassist. He brings decades of experience as a player, he's an all around great dude, and we look forward to hitting the stage with him in the near future.

2 years ago, we went on our very first tour in France visiting 8 cities in order to promote our first album "Severed From Your Soul" released in 2019. The first date took place at Clermont-Ferrand at Raymond Bar with Heksen RIP and Nephren-Ka . One of the shows from the tour was recorded directly from the mix-desk; so there will definitely be a live album released in the near future. So many great memories! See you soon on the road 🤘😈
