We can all probably agree that outdoor living spaces are high on the wish lists of home owners. However, weather and bugs may prevent your space from being utilized at full potential. This client is looking for custom covered & screened options. Her wish list includes: whimsical, natural light and protection from rain & mosquitoes. We were able to provide a few great ideas and some inspiration towards a gorgeous , yet economical end goal. I can’t wait see this project come to life for her.

Ya’ll know I love me some 90’s! 90’s music & fashion for sure. Heck, I’m even all for the bringing it back trend. BUT there is little to be appreciated in spec home architecture from my favorite decade. We took this staircase from 1995 builder grade BORING to custom hand stained BEAUTIFUL in 2022.

Just looking back on one of our favorite projects to date. This master is a whole vibe. Bold & moody and just right.

This one was a special one. Our dear friends trusted us to renovate this for them.
No one was left with the blues after completion! It can be risky to be specific in a design process. However, the way the blue was carried from the front door and through the home was a hit! Tastefully done and ready to sell. 💙

Wesley Chapel renovation in full swing. This was a fun week, as it was my son’s first day on the job site. I’ll tell you, our teen has a better work ethic than some adults 💪🏻🏡. He put in three 8 hour demo days without a complaint. He also asked if I’m sure we weren’t over paying him. 😆 Working towards his gaming PC upgrade. 💪🏻.
