How do you make your choices while eating out?
I’m at an Integrative healthcare symposium this week learning so much about health and the amazing work the doctors do in the fields of integrative medicine.
Being in NYC, there are sooo any options. Yet to sit through 6-8 hours of lectures for 3 days, I know to feed my body to support cognitive function and good memory. Plus no lectures likes to see the yawns from the audience.
I have never had a cup of coffee so can’t rely on that.
A few year ago I took and energy module from the IFM and in these situations like this week especially I follow protocols that support ultimate mitochondria function. In plain worlds, focus on foods and activities that give me most energy.
