We have an internal company fitness competition we are doing at .io I’m giving away $1,000 cash to the person that has the biggest transformation in 30 days.

Winner will be announced on February by our Operations Manager.

If I win I will pay out cash prize to 2nd place and just claim bragging rights haha

Goal > maintain as much size while reducing fat

Goal weight > 175lbs

Current macros 220p 165c 50f

Strategy for win, genetics testing to see what workouts, food and cardio my body is not optimizing properly.

Tie with and obviously continuing to count macros (macros are life…literally you would die without them lol)

2023 was a great year:

✅I’ve worked more than I’ve ever worked before.
✅We grew to 24 people!
✅Learned a lot
✅Made a lot of mistake
✅Pivoted fast
✅Created a service that is non existent in the market and is now the solution that’s helping 100’s and 100’s of people.

2024 is the year for family, life, health, fitness. I lost a lot of time with them this year that I can’t get back. Worth it in the long run? I guess we’ll see. But my priorities are to delegate where I can. Work while on more vacations and still see consistent growth for the business.

(Btw I know no one gives AF about this - this post is for me, to hold my ass accountable for the goals I have set for 2024)

Christmas 2023 is a wrap. ✅

MUCH needed family time in the books.

Shout out to my gorgeous wife, she doesn’t bat an eye lash extension at my 14-16 hour work days.

She did everything for the kids this year, (she always does but this year I mean I did NOTHING)

Extremely grateful for what we’ve built together and how far we’ve come and the level of care she has for these not so tiny humans we are raising.

Last year I told her “2023 is the year for work, I’m going to put my head down and see how far we can take the business”

It’s been an insane year and idk how I got so lucky with business, employees, family, friends.

6 more working days left and then 2024 is minnnnnnne.
