Salary:
125,000-140,000 annually
Ideal Candidate:
• 2 year experience minimum
• Experience in Primary Care: Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics
• Current BLS/ACLS certification
• Currently licensed to practice professional Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of employment, active and non-probationary
• Confident in their ability to deliver high quality primary care, which includes being available to patients and addressing their medical and social needs
Work/Life Balance:
• Small Patient Panel – 8-12 patients daily maximum
• No in-hospital calls
• No nights or weekends
• Generous benefits, including vacation, health insurance, retirement benefits, and CME
• Cloud-based electronic health record and technology
• Bonus Structure: 10% bonus on yearly salary
