Absolutely! I say this all the time and my clientele are wonderful and understand and respect this. If they didn’t then they wouldn’t be my people. They appreciate it actually. They understand that I am here for you but in order to be my best for you sometimes I need to take a little time for me. Transparency is so important. Nobody wants a burnt out energy worker. Energy transfer is real. In my opinion we have a responsibility as energy workers to be our best before we go playing with someone else’s energy. That would be irresponsible. So most of the time I schedule very regularly but sometimes I need to schedule lightly or break and because I am a one man show that might mean that you have to wait a minute to get in for a session. There have been occasions that I will refer a client out to other energy workers that I trust if I think they can’t wait. I also believe that the pool of energy workers should be a team helping each other and I have no problem referring. I don’t feel the need to hoard clients. Who is meant for me will be for me but at the end of the day I want my client well taken care of whether that is with me or someone else that I trust. I always do the best I can but I promise you want me at my best and that is all I ever want to give.✨

In my experience this seems to be a a hard thing for women to heal. The people pleasing runs deep. As for me, I choose not to be a martyr. It is ok if one of the “people” you are pleasing is yourself. That doesn’t make you selfish. It makes you wise.✨

With over 75% of autoimmune diseases presenting in women, we have to look at the role a life time of suppressing and pleasing does to our bodies.

From a young age many women are taught to seen and not heard. To keep secrets. To produce and achieve. To carry shame that was never their own. And most of the time they’re taught to do it alone— without any adults to help them through the issue. To validate it. Or to say: “that wasn’t ok.”

Add this to the cultural push to forgive (which often creates even deeper repression) the good girl has no outlet for her anger. Instead she smiles, says it’s ok when it isn’t, and stays quiet. Going through life in survival mode, her body remembers. And one day she presents with an autoimmune disease, a functional freeze state, or a mystery illness.

Often, she’s told it’s just in her head. That her test results came back normal. That she probably “just has anxiety or depression”— but her body remembers.

And it’s loudly speaking: NO. And enough

All of this and a bag of chips.✨

I find myself lately saying, “well no wonder”. No wonder why the world conditions us away from the greatest gifts God gave us. Imagine a world of sovereign and powerful healers, intuitives and innovators. How would we be controlled to be obedient to a life where we serve powerful systems, not actual people? I can see so clearly how many years I fought against myself because that meant going against the grain. That meant having to face all the fears everyone was warning me about and see if they were actually true. That meant trusting myself and how God flowed thru me versus what anyone outside of me told me. That meant being willing to see all of my conditioning that once made me feel “safe” for what it actually was to seek truth. We are all inturives, healers, psychics, mediums, and manifestors. All of us. Those abilities are built within us just like a motor in a car. Some people will never turn the key because they fear it. But guess what, for most it is happening anyway, they just deny it, or label it with a more “acceptable” name. Oh it’s not psychic intuition, it’s just a good gut instinct. Oh it’s not mediumship, it’s just the spirit of my loved one visiting me. Oh it’s not manifestation, it’s just me working hard. When you walk up to a human being, you feel something, it’s energy and that energy is our guidance system. The more of us that are courageous enough to wake up and give others permission to wake up and be conscious, the world can then change. We can become sovereign beings. Sovereign beings are not manipulators, they have no need to, they believe in the power of God flowing thru them to consciously create the life they desire freely. This message is for anyone who questions following their heart, is in self doubt, or feels alone, on their awakening journey. I know. I see you! Here’s what I found out in the last decade of facing my fears, here’s my warning. Following your heart, listening to your intuition, becoming conscious of the gifts God gave you, believing in yourself and healing yourself, may just lead to living a life beyond your wildest dreams. A life full of meaning and sentiment and heart, even when things feel hard. Xo Jules

This is my little Healer in her natural element. She wanted to do “Reiki” sessions for us today like mommy does, so she set up her “Reiki table” near the fireplace and got to work. Her sessions included “sound bowls” “sacred smoke” “relaxing music” and of course love!

Her sister’s review was that it was “wonderful and relaxing”. Her daddy’s review is that it was “amazing and almost as good as mommy’s”. My review…Keep going little healer! You know things I haven’t even taught you yet and I love watching your soul remember. ✨💫❤️

There is something I can guarantee about a spiritual awakening journey…your intuition will sharpen and sometimes you’re going to silence it because you don’t want to hear what it’s telling you. But what it’s telling you will keep repeating until you listen. This full moon energy is all about emotional stability, wellness, and your state of being. You have seen clearly anything that you still allow to derail you. What you finally accepted was stealing your power from you is no longer stealing it because now you know, so now you are choosing to give it away. When you use your free will to choose something you know the truth about, energetically you are dissolving away the karma because you’re saying it’s ok. That’s why you’re exhausted!Knowing this, what choices will you make now? Will you treat your energy as sacred now? Spirit showed me a train yesterday. The message that came thru, is that vulnerability is our point of connection, especially for empaths, it is your special cargo. It will demand intuitive discernment of which trains can safely transport it now. Everyone in this world has a capacity limit. Once you are shown that another human being does not have the capacity to carry your cargo and you keep asking them to, it’s on you. You have been shown it. That is your divine guidance and protection. When another human being takes your vulnerability and uses it against you with intention to derail you, and keep you disempowered, your higher self will guide you away from them. First, forgive them and recognize it’s not personal, its capacity and often unconscious emotional maturity. Second forgive yourself for not treating your cargo as sacred. Third, thank God for that divine protection and guidance. Fourth, set them free and move forward. The love that expands capacity is found in God within us. Most people that send out energy to derail you, have disconnected from God within them, from their empathic guidance system. All they see is themselves and their pain. What promises and commitments have you not been able to keep to yourself that you keep beating yourself up for? Self sabotage is a trauma response, can you love on yourself more? When you feel guilty it is because guilt tripping was a part of your past conditioning that was used as a means of emotional control. You’re in charge of your emotions now.
