FRENCH TOAST CASSEROLE
This the kids favorite!!! You can have it for breakfast, dinner or brunch!
Ingredients:
1lb preservative free sausage
8 eggs
1 stick of of softened grass fed butter
1 package of organic softened cream cheese
1/4 tsp ceylon cinnamon
Optional: 1/4 cup pure organic maple syrup
Recipe:
Brown the sausage in pan
Preheat oven to 350Β°
You will need a blender, ninja or food processor
Throw everything but the sausage into the blender and blend until smooth
Butter a casserole dish (9x13)
Put the blended ingredients into the buttered dish, add the sausage in and mix it together
Sprinkle with more cinnamon
Bake for 40mins or until brown on top
Serve with your favorite pure syrup or honey, if you put syrup in the batter then it will be seeet enough with no topping
CHICKEN NUGGETS
Ingredients:
1- 2.5 oz Epic Pork Rinds- flavor of your choice
1 egg
1 pound ground chicken
Recipe:
You will need a blender, ninja or food processor, dump bag of pork rinds in and grind them up real good.
Crack the egg in a bowl and whisk it
Take the ground chicken and divide it up into eight pieces or if you prefer smaller then 16 pieces, form them into the shape you desire, salt them
Dip the ground chicken into the egg and then in the pork rinds
Place in air fryer, cook at 400Β° for about 15 minutes or until cooked all the way through. Make sure to flip halfway through the time!
Then enjoy with your favorite sauce! We used primal kitchens sauces as they are made with whole organic ingredients

This is one of our weekly grocery trips to Sprouts Farmers Market. They have an amazing selection of organic fruit and products, grass fed beef, bacon, pasture raised chicken, free range chicken eggs fed no soy or corn, low temperature pasteurized milk and local raw honey. If you noticed everything I just stated above is minimally processed. I can do video of us shopping Sprouts this weekend, that way you can see everything we get for a week. π

Welcome to our journey towards an Animal-Based Diet! π±
After struggling with recurring sinus infections, sporadic energy, and brain fog, we decided to explore alternative ways to heal ourselves. We had already been working with a functional doctor who introduced us to supplements and a keto diet, which helped us lose weight and feel better to some extent. However, the sinus surgery I had scheduled was repeatedly canceled due different reasons with the last reason being a gene mutation called Factor V Lieden, increasing the risk of blood clots.
Taking it as a sign to take charge of our own healing, we delved into natural remedies for histamine and immune health.
