Our mental health is not a finish line and not something to be attained. It’s a commitment we make everyday. To rest, to meet our needs, to be assertive, to set boundaries, and to live authentically. With the challenges of COVID, the field of mental health has evolved to meet the rising demand. The ability to provide services virtually has been a game changer for so many. For others, the simple shift in in discussion and awareness has created a space to ask for help. Whether online or in person, let’s continue the strides made and prioritize mental health as the gateway to all health.
