Today on July 16th, I reflect on the profound journey that has brought me to this moment. The path of awakening and healing my own Sacred Feminine Design has been an uphill climb, and the downward spiral of many pitfalls. All of this guided me to the stages of healing, where I was led to overcoming past life karma, ancestral wounds and breaking through relationship and financial cycles that plagued my life with anxiety, stress, and fear of embracing the Source Creator's calling for my life.

Today, I stand as a testament to the transformative power of embracing the depths of my soul, it's mission and purpose as the heart of passion for world service through the wisdom of the Sacred Feminine.

Welcome to All my Sacred Feminine to my page, where I’m excited and honored to share my journey with you.

Throughout my life, I’ve faced trauma and battled addiction, and this rocking roller coaster called life. I first gave my life to God in 1989. Followed that Seminary School in 1994.

But it wasn't until 2003 that I experienced my "true awakening!" Everything God shared with me helped shape my experiences into the karmi past-life healing I needed. I launched my Coaching Business in 2014 shortly after my daughter was born. I gotta tell you it was a ballsy move. But, I knew my calling and purpose were vital and that in "going for it" meant I had to walk in the integrity of it!

I’ve struggled with negative self-talk and limiting beliefs, doubting my worth and capabilities. Geez I was a hot mess!

Being a mom, was my turning point but I had so much to heal, cleanse, release and transform. Butm if there was ever an impossible dream to accomplish I was going to the the fear of the unknown stop me, because I have always trusted God for my life.

Beginning a journey of spiritual healing, led me first to the development of my mind. Mindsets aren't enough when you are filled with self-doubt about your worthiness. Negative self-talk isn't something that washes away so easy. So, I created for myself Mind Engineering Consciousness which I have shared with many and, there personal evolution has been incredible to watch.

Reprogramming my subconscious mind became my passionate pursuit, and though it’s been a challenging journey, it’s been incredibly rewarding.

Implementing morning and night routines transformed my life, leading me to newfound confidence and success. However, it wasn't enough because the income manifestation wasn't steady and stable.

As a single mom, I’ve faced financial uncertainty, is a beast. The exhaustion, fear, and worry kept me up most nights. But, what I know to be true is that thought + emotion = reality. So, I had to really dive deep into my emotional well-being.

When I realized that all of my (thought) stories and emotional back-drop keeping them in place, I created The Self-Love Club.

Today, I am honored to be of service guiding others to the extraordinary Born Stories of Purpose & Passion. I'm grateful to be sharing these strategies with others.

Through my coaching programs, I help clients achieve their next-level success by focusing on mindset, routines, and strategic planning.

Now, I have set my sights on Activating Soul Purpose in the Divine Feminine Way. As a woman, mother, entrepreneur, and lover of Soul's I can't help but continue the dream of building a healthy world for my daughter and her future. And there's no other influence more need in the world than that of Spirit, The Sacred Feminine.

Tough times are just a phase. They don't last forever. Life is a cycle of highs and lows. Remember, this too shall pass. You're in the middle of the storm now, but clear skies are ahead. Hold on.

2. You Are Stronger Than You Think.
Never underestimate your resilience.

- You've survived 100% of your bad days.
- Inside you, there is an inner strength.
- Your potential is greater than any problem.

Remember, you're stronger and more capable than you believe.

3. Small Steps Count.
Progress isn't always a leap forward. Sometimes it's tiny, almost imperceptible steps. Each step, no matter how small, brings you closer to your goal. Celebrate every bit of progress. Slow and steady can still win the race. Keep moving forward.

Mind, ego, consciousness and intellect...
I learned somehow from somewhere these were the roots of our being and taught a class on it.

on Gaia TV, there's an excellent source confirmed this as the very roots of the first chakra, feeding the energy of all the chakras above. If our ego is inflated it will over open chakras above and created a lopsided sense of self actualization.

It's said in Kali Yuga, we are in a time that only self actualizating prevent a return to a suffering time, balancing the ego is important, we need one but staying humble and grounded are a very large part in this balance. If you study the yoga sutras of Pratalangi and ta**ra you will start to be able to separate from your ego characters, and get a razor sharp discernment that can see truly with an open third eye. We have become compulsive, sensory seekers.

Its the energy of our times, learning to go in beyond this, deep meditation and taking a break from being the central character of our story is a bridge to a side of awareness many dare not to venture.

How we release and heal through relationship conflicts.

There are many different types of relationships we attach ourselves to in the course of life, there is none greater than we intimacy meets love and relationships.

Sometimes that intimacy extends to of family. Parents and Siblings
then our chosen and created family: Spouse and children. That intimacy can extend to friendships depending how open we are with them about ourselves. Lastly, is our relationship with our j.o.b/career or purpose.

These all have one factor equally. Ourself. What we give of ourselves to them all.

There is a conflict when we bend ourselves to please these areas outside of our internal truth. This internalized conflict can continue on, creating mental confusion as to who is to blame for our discomfort. Emotionally we may disassociate or detach from them or ourselves. Physically our bodies respond through physical illness or outward habits to cope with emotionally charged feelings.

Either way, we find ourselves seeking to free ourselves from the types of roles when playing in them and how to heal ourselves in them.

Today, you may find yourself struggling with these thoughts and feelings because, despite our efforts, you may have been relying on your partner for emotional support and nourishment of unresolved wounds. The honest truth is that they may not be as sensitive to understanding what you need because they are wounded too. Which made you their caretaker regardless of their role in your life. Your parents, your siblings, your spouse, or your job.

Or perhaps, you may be exhibiting your wound with this behavior.

No matter what angle of the spectrum you stand, it all looks like controlling to prevent yourself from being vulnerable in situations; you might be the one who is emotionally unavailable and critical.

As humans, it difficult to put these feelings and thoughts into words to share with our extended) life partnership because we haven't been seen or heard, making it harder for us to honor our own voice and choice.

Whether we are over-obligating ourselves to old ways of believing, behaving in roles we are ending, developing new emotional courage, or forging new mindsets, we must be the first person to love ourselves unconditionally, personally, and authentically.

We can release the nature of "giving love to get love" from a self-sacrificing place of diminished versions of other people's definitions.

Taking ownership means owning your part and cleaning up your energy especially if you'd like to create a new beginning. Manifesting new energetic expression of love requires that we become it for ourselves.

Create from the place within that is free to love and embrace your potential with kindness and charity. Give love and loving affirmation to yourself. Visit with yourself without shaming or judging yourself.

Give yourself permission to growth, change and discover what makes you beautifully and wonderfully unique. Let your inner child dance, sing and shout. Do what makes you come alive! Then you will intuitively connect with what's good for YOU to do next!

“You are a thermostat not a thermometer, you set the atmosphere”

IF LIKE TO ADD: if being your authentic self, is pi***ng ppl off because you won't tolerate their expectations on your life or accomodate their toxicity with your new healthy boundaries or if they act like/can't acknowledge their part of what's wrong in the situation.

Burn it down, all the way its a bridge you won't far cross again anyway. Don't look back, move guard, your new North is straight ahead and they should go with you!

This is what they mean by blaze a new path.
