Early stages of a soft-reset. Been covering-up and carrying a lot of heavy stuff for awhile now. Heavy stuff that has really gotten in the way of my ability to Love, Move & Enjoy my Life... So obvious I am not alone in this but somehow still so isolated in myself/my ideas about how to navigate/do something about it...
To anyone out there masking your pain, shame or other fear-rooted thoughts & feelings ~ don't let it keep you under. Write it down, channel it through movement, art, meditation, getting out into nature...
And if you can make yourself....
most importantlyTALK TO SOMEONE ABOUT IT! Ideally someone you know & can trust but also be ready & willing to embrace life in the form(s) it presents to you in the moment you are seeking. You never know where you will find the next step on Your Path, but you can surely ask for help and then show up as best you can when it arrives.

Going a bit mad having lost my wallet and all the resources/plans I had to move forward after having my guitar swooped from me. Trying to stay focused on what I can do rather than be frustrated about what I can't...
