This was a fun one. Went to a small ranch and removed an old large sprayer, a truck shell, and miscellaneous others.

This was a fun one today. Cleaned out the first half of a 2 bedroom condo today. Had great crew with four of us.

Another day in the books. Took away a broken down BBQ and demolished a shed today.

I think these too were meant for each other. We bought the dump trailer about two weeks ago and God has provided us much more business that we imagined. We've taken him (we call the trailer Harvey) to landfill no less than 12 times.

Added this black beauty to the fleet last week. Already took him on his first job.

Since the end of June we have been slammed. We have done 2 local senior moves into Senior Living Communities, 2 house moves, loaded a POD, and completed a whole house clean out. We have 6 moves scheduled at the end of July and into August. We have three great people working for us in addition to my three sons. God has been gracious to us.

Today Zach and I helped a lovely woman and her sister move today. We spent 5 hours lifting the heavy stuff, climbing up step stools to hang curtain rods, mounting mirrors and pictures, and putting together store bought furniture. She said that we made her stressful day go smoothly. It makes my day when we are able to be helpful.

Today is a big day for Daniel. He is competing his optionals routine at the National level in Oklahoma City. Saturday is the Technical sequence. His big brother is here to cheer him on.

Moved an RV today with the help of some awesome people. We only had about 2 inches on each side and not much room in the street to push back straight. It took a few sets of eyes, the removal of an awning, and 45 minutes to get this 30 foot Jayco in place. Great team work made this happen with great Simi neighbors.

Disassembled and delivered this bad boy today.

STORAGE UNIT CONSOLODATION.
Over two short hours, we moved big boxes and heavy furniture and we consolidate two storage units into one yesterday. We moved a 10x15 into a half full 10x10 by strategically stacking the furniture and giving a nice hallway for the renter.

We completed our fourth Senior Transition today. We assisted the daughter of a 90 year old woman, transitioning her mom from her two bedroom town house into Atria Senior Living community. We downsized her into a one bedroom and cleaned out what remained in the town home so that the owner could relist the home on March 1.

We hung pictures, assembled bed frames and a coffee table and organized a nice space on her patio.

We moved a few items to her daughter's house and even helped return the Spectrum TV and Internet equipment.

Exhausted. But very excited to make life easier for the daughter who had a big job moving her beloved mother.

For the last 15 years of my mother-in-law's life we were blessed to be able to provide a loving home and a place she could watch her grandkids grow. She died at a good old age of 97. God used that time to prepare us to care for people transitioning into their last stages of life.

Last year we helped move a woman transitioning into a senior living community. We helped a man from Hawaii close the final doors of his brother's life in Santa Monica. Next week we are helping the daughter of an elderly woman transition into her new assisted living home in Thousand Oaks.

In 2023, we look forward to helping many more seniors and their loved ones navigate and manage the difficult and emotional changes that life presents.

Yesterday we were blessed to work with such a great couple (40 years together) who utilized us to consolidate two storage units. After 4 hours of teamwork, we reorganized a 15' x 30' unit to free up about 100sqft of floor space by removing a truckload worth of items that went to a donation center. After another 4 hours, we cleared out a 10x10 (stacked at least 12 feet high throughout), moved 40% of it into the larger unit a few miles away and donated what remained. The couple now saves $400/month and has new freedom to access their stored treasures. I am very thankful for our new relationship and look forward to helping them again soon.
