10/16 It has been two weeks since Mazie went missing. We had hopes that she would either come home or be returned to us by now. We mentioned in one of our first posts that she needed her medicine- Mazie could have a genetic kidney disorder and this would make her not suitable for breeding. If she was taken from us for this reason, you are wasting your time. We have her meds, she is established at a veterinary office, and they have begun testing her for kidney problems. The reward money is available if we get her back ($10,000). No questions asked. If you do not want to meet with us, the door to the front room of the office is still unlocked, you can drop her off anytime. If you want to drop her off anonymously and receive the reward money, there are many who have reached out and said they could be an unbiased individual who would meet you at a safe location to make the switch. We just want our girl back home. If someone indeed has her, at this point you are doing her a disservice and she will live a life in pain. If you have grown to love her in these two weeks then do what is right for her. As always, thank you everyone for the support.

She ran the brawl. That went poorly. Time to regroup. She just needs knock, cam and o2 sensors. Then we drop the racing seat in and a harness bar.
She will return this year, and we will continue to work out the quirks.
Hey everyone!
Cura Motorsports is currently seeking sponsors for the very near upcoming season. Any inquiries would be extremely appreciated. We will include you on team shirts, and put you on car. Please message if interested!
Car is looking pretty good already, but it will change in remeberance to Jeremy Decourcy.
Jeremy ran this same civic two years ago at Lee.
We are getting our next ride ready for the next run at Star Speedway in the Bunny Brawl; We will be running 2 cars, Rich Cura in the Prelude and James Cura in the Civic!
Be there, your not gonna want to miss it!🏁
We are happy to announce that next season we will be fielding 2 purestocks. One to be driven by James Cura, and the other to be driven by Darin Briggs!
Looks like James Cura has a nickname now too😏
Just a driver and his car post race.
Post howler…
Car was on rails, got a huge hit early, blew a tire which really ended our race. Got back out there 15 laps or so down, and damn. She was quick. Ended up getting a solid hit and spun, leading to an ambulance ride. I am okay, just stiff. Thank you to everyone for coming out! And a huge thanks to my team, friends and family.
Oct 23rd we will be running our 3rd race of the season. Its been a tough year, not one for the books at all. But James Cura will be running this race, hopefully we can just have some fun and finish the season out strong. We are so looking forward to this race, hopefully we see y’all there.
Got some big plans for next season😏

Rocket enters into her second race of the season! High hopes for this team, we can’t wait!
Jeggy may be toast, but this saturn has got some life. Noel Archambeault figured out the jettas issue, then got the saturn running. Most maintenance is already done on her, now only needs an oil change, battery moved to a box, and some welding to make it safer and more structurally sound. After that, we will be getting Tyrone a few spares, and making sure the brakes are good. I thought we wouldn’t have time to make the Spring Bunny Brawl. But we will be there! Big thanks to…
Noels Welding Services, he has been a huge help.
Darin Briggs, my mentor and a good friend, also been a huge help getting me and my career up and running.
Bear Auto, for suppling me the cars, and opprotunities to go accomplish my dream.
O’Reilly Auto Parts, for keeping me employed, paying me and that huge discount. If not for that racing would not be possible for me.
We are looking for more sponsors, anything helps. From rims, tires, scrap metal or hell even a half eaten bag of doritos. We will appreciate ALL the help we can get.
Thank you to all my sponsors, and those that support me!
Time to register for the brawl, see you all there!

James
Cura
Racing.
Short and sweet, and it fits.
James has had huge help from Darin Briggs, and is piloting the BAM Jetta for some Enduros this season. We want to thank Mr.Briggs, Bear Auto, Jeremey Decourcy and of course Family Car Care for everything they have done. Our next race is scheduled to be July 30th. When we will be piloting the #115 BAM Jetta in the Decourcy Memorial 4 Cyl Enduro.
We look forward to seeing you there,
James Cura and JCR Racing.
Cage and parts will be ordered for the monte very very soon! Again a huge thanks to Family Car Care for their help and support
Obviously luck has not been our forte recently. But it will have to change eventually. See you all at Hudson come July 18th.
UPDATE 8:30.
After thoughtful consideration we have decided it's our best interest to not run Star Speedway today. I was so excited for this race and looking forward to it, but the weather does not seem cooperative and our luck has been downright bad this year. Instead of renting a trailer, driving over a hour there then getting cancelled it is best for us to bite the bullet. Maybe they get the race in, but right now it seems HIGHLY doubtful. I want to thank the following people who were going to try and show up to my race today... Katie Lair, Jennifer Ann, Joshua Ansaldi, James Nobert, Pat Nobert, Jillian Nobert, Tom Nobert, Rich Cura, Dillon Nobert, Troy Nobert.
I thank you all for your support of me, it truly means the world. This season we knew was gonna be tough and have growing pains. I would love to see you all at my next race. And that leads me to my next point, we are going to TRY the Monte in the enduro at Hudson Speedway July 18th. Hopefully we can run. If this falls through we will be at Lee USA July 30 for the Decourcy memorial. We look forward to when we are able to take that Jetta out for some 4cyl action. The Pi Machine should get some action as well come August. And as always, a huge thanks to Darin Briggs for his support, help, and knowledge of the sport. I'm learning from best of the best, and I look forward to running with you in the future. This opportunity you've provided me means the world, and I am extremely grateful for it.
Thanks Again for all of your support, and see you at the next one.
Sincerely,
James Cura
And our next race is finalized! We look forward to bringing the Pi Machine down to Star on the 23rd for some 6cyl enduro action!

Family Car Care is teaching me more then how to work on cars, they are teaching me morals. I am more then honored to have them on my car, if you need a shop to get some work done; Check them out! You won't find a group of better guys! John has had opportunities to get the biggest bucks out of customers.... But he gives the honest professional opinion. He points them to the choices that will best suit them, and what's cheapest. I couldn't be more grateful for the opportunities they have provided! I look forward to completing this car and doing some racing!
Just my race team, and important info surrounding the race team. Thanks Darin Briggs and Jeremy Decourcy, as well as Family Car Care, and my family for all there help.
