My Foot Zone journey began after having my first baby. I was struggling with my mental health & anxiety when an amazing friend suggested I try a foot zone.
After my appointment, I felt lighter. I felt calm. I felt like the fog I had been in for so long had left.
I continued to go for sessions regularly and things in my life started shifting. My mental health improved, my relationships improved, I slept better, & had more energy. I just felt a million times better!

Are you guilty of any of these common skin care mistakes?

Let’s dive in a little bit.
•Washing hands seems like a no brainer, but is commonly forgotten.
•Double-cleanse: Cleanse #1 to wash the day away (make-up, dirt, etc.) cleanse #2 for a deep skin cleaning.
•Exfoliate no more than 2-3x per week.
•Oily skin still needs moisturizer! If you’re unsure of a good one for your skin type, reach out! 🙋🏻‍♀️
•Go to bed with a clean face & a clean pillowcase!
•Using daily SPF will help protect your skin from harmful UV rays & is crucial to your skin investment (or should I say, skinvestment). If you’re spending time & money on skincare products & treatments, you’ll want to insure your skinvestment with daily SPF.
