How much walking do you do?
Do you walk much?
Some get 20k a day on the job...which if the body is used to that stimuli?... THEN to make a change? (ie fat loss) you must go beyond that....

7500 a day. The benchmark, MOST say 10k.

I so don't want to debate all this and that, JUST GET UP AND MOVE!
Those who do live longer.
