A look at our Surf Ranch project- Before, During, & After. a 1954 original home 🏠 got its makeover and we transformed it into a dream interior. If I had to name one thing, that was the most special about this design and build that we did in Lunada Bay, it would be the way that the visual flows from the exterior to the interior creating one harmonious space. When you’re standing inside the house, you fill connection with the nature outside - it’s wonderful. We did this by designing two large 14 foot pocketing door sliders on the front and backside of the great room area. There’s also an awning window and a pivoting window, and large skylights that have been placed in the vaulted ceiling which gives tons of light. Another amazing design feature is that the kitchen peninsula Island runs through the exterior wall creating an exterior kitchen bar. Who is ready for a cozy fireside Spring evening? Me, me, me! 🍷 🔥 We designed and built out this landscape in Lunada Bay complete with its step up fire pit platform just for such times of enjoyment. Our design keeps it all feeling very natural so that the greenery takes center stage.
