Our Patmark-Desktop pin marking unit with its small footprint, is the perfect companion for your PC. The Patmark-Desktop features a larger marking window of 50 mm by 50 mmm, and an optional guide plate allows for easy-to-create bump fixtures for a variety of part sizes and tags. The Patmark-Desktop has a dedicated USB connection which makes for a simple plug-in play useability. With the easy-to-use included Windows software gives the user the ability to mark logos, readable 2d barcodes, serialization, multiple text fields and many other functions, 50mm (2”) square marking window, and max (4”) part-height using the adjustable Z-Axis, you can upgrade your marking from hours into seconds in a variety of identification marking applications including any metal surface up to 62 RC, wood and most plastics.

Question: I am a custom company. My current budget won't allow for , yet. Can a Pin Marker give me a mark?

TMSA: Great question. Of course. We've done some samples for other custom trophy companies and some personal. The examples below are for a Bracket and another was a WWE belt. Both were done with our unit. Very easy to program and the detail is amazing. And when you're ready, our marking are always available.

Our larger sized MarkinBOX MB1010 tool post-based marking unit has a marking window of 100 mm by 100 mm and is great for tag marking or nesting parts. The standard model includes a tool post, along with a handy tool (portable) option allowing you to carry it around your workshop or factory as you please. A big solenoid option and BSD option is offered for this unit, great for applications requiring post process.
