Dinner time! We’re having ITALIAN GROUND TURKEY, SWEET POTATO, AND KALE SOUP

Ingredients
5ish Sweet potatoes
Bunch of Kale
1 pound Italian ground turkey sausage (I’m using Jenna-0)
1 Yellow onion
Italian seasoning
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
Cayenne
Water
2 packets Chicken stock concentrate (I didn’t have that yesterday so I did 1/2 c chicken stock)

Instructions
Dice onion
Add onion to large pot and sauté
Once softened, add turkey
While turkey is cooking with the onions, peel, and dice potatoes
Once turkey is fully cooked add all seasonings
Add sweet potatoes
Add stock concentrate/or chicken stock
Add water enough to cover potatoes by 1/2 inch
Cover and bring to a boil, once at a boil reduce heat to medium and simmer for 7 minutes
While that’s simmering, chop kale
Once simmered add kale and cook uncovered, until kale is wilted a bit, and sweet potatoes are soft... about 7 minutes
Salt and pepper to taste 🙂

Looks super boring, but it is delish!! 🙂
