We actually started prepping this on Sunday and then all day Monday.
And then at 9 am this morning.
Next time we are spreading chicken divan over two days pick up time.

Before anything I just want to say how much I appreciate all of you.
The support with my oven struggles was amazing ❤️
I’m looking forward to christening this new oven.
Here is our menu for next Tuesday.
Chicken Divan as promised.
Unfortunately This will be the only day I can sell food this week.
We are really busy catering Thursday.
We will resume next Tuesday the 5th.
Also please under “other” please do not
Write long descriptions. No more than 4 words.

I cannot see my orders when someone writes a long description under other.
No orders past 9 am Monday or until sold out.

Good afternoon Everyone,
First off I’m happy to say my new oven has been installed.
Unfortunately we are not selling food this week.
We will sell food on Tuesday 2-27 and we will be selling everybody’s favorite chicken divan .
I will post the menu and the link by Saturday .
 I apologize for not being able to sell food this week. It’s just been hectic with everything going on.

First off thank you to all of you that reached out and let me know that you enjoyed your stuffed cabbage.
I needed that.
Thursday was quite the day
Both My ovens died again and by the grace of God, I got through the day. We were able to get one oven to turn back on but it was cooking slow. 😓 I was in tears in the kitchen. Last thing I want is to disappoint any of you. I just had the ovens repaired three weeks ago.
On Thursday we had 380 Cabbage Rolls, 400 dinner rolls And 110 lbs of hand mashed potatoes and a broken oven. Needless to say I was a tad overwhelmed.
I apologize to anyone who had to wait. I am having a new oven delivered this week. The repairs are just becoming way too frequent and expensive.
Several of you have reached out asking about a menu this week.
They’re supposed to call me Monday and let me know which day they’re delivering the oven. Then I can make a plan.
Friday the Oven Repair guy did show up, another $500 repair just to get through the weekend. 🤦‍♀️

 I also want to apologize if anybody’s rolls were too done we finally got the oven working and then it got too hot. It was a rough start of a day.🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️
