Two years ago, I posted a picture of our first son Weston holding a closing package for a rental property we purchased that will ultimately be a portion of his college fund. Hayes turned one a few weeks ago, and now it’s his turn!
This was a fun one. Kayode plays for our hometown Detroit Lions, and he wanted to purchase both a primary home that he and his fiance’ love AND set himself up for future financial success. Not only did he purchase in the fast growing Royal Oak market that is appreciating, but in the future, incoming rookies, players, OR any other short/mid term visitors who love what Royal Oak has to offer may end up using this one as an AirBnB or mid term rental. What a weekend for Raeven. Not only did he sell his Mount Clemens Triplex, but he knocked out the Brooklyn Half Marathon as well.

HUGE congrats to for taking down this apartment building in Detroit. Curt’s vision and creativity consistently set him apart.
