We would love to hear everybody's thoughts on this tile! It's 48×16 laying vertical on a back shower wall, the other 2 walls are getting white tile, we love changing it up and can't wait for the end result! We will update on Tuesday with the finished product.

Sorry we've been so quiet lately, just been busy busy busy, but here are some of the jobs we have completed lately. One is a completely custom built fireplace surround and mantel, the other is a higher end stair rail replacement which will be a statement piece as it is right through the front door. And the last one is a commercial job we did building a slant roof style free standing lean too for an employee break area. Everyone out there knows that the Bearded Brothers love a good before and after, so here is a little sneak peek of the house we’re on. This message is Jason approved, as shown in picture 5.

One good thing about having beards, we can still work when it’s cold. Here’s a photo dump, we have been staying busy!

I guess you could say things are getting pretty serious, keep your eyes out for us St. Louis area! We’re hard to miss now!!

At Bearded Brothers we strive to be as quick and efficient as we can for our customers, because the more efficient we are the faster the customer can get back to life as usual. That being said we are at a point where we need to be on more than one job at a time. So we are looking to hire another laborer. Experience in carpentry would be preferable. Applicants should have basic hand tools and a willingness to work, flexible starting hours and transportation. We are looking to grow our business and looking for the best person to help us do it. Hey everybody! We are expanding our company and looking for 1-2 more employees. We do whole home remodels so work will be carpentry, painting and general labor, pay based on experience and we plan to be pretty picky about who we hire, so if you or somebody you know is reliable and looking for a job get a hold of us!!!

Fine detail work?? We got that all day! Weather you want your whole home painted, or something small and detailed… you know who to call!!!

We do a lot of jobs that are correcting terrible work of other companies that has failed, this deck was one of them. Deck was 16 feet wide with no support in the middle, code for a span is no more than 12 feet with good reason. This deck felt like a trampoline. It was also not properly secured to the house (3" lags is all it had!). So needless to say it was sagging and unlevel. We added 4 new piers, with notched and carriage bolted post, a double 2×10 beam down the middle supported by post on piers, sistered 3 joist that were starting to fail from being overloaded, hurricane ties to the beam and through-bolted the deck to the house all with keeping the original deck boards! The end result of this flimsy falling down deck is a solid deck you can park a truck on, ready for entertaining for decades to come!
