Feeling tired and low on energy can be a sign of dehydration.
Dehydration can affect your concentration and cause dizziness.
Lack of water can make your skin feel dry and less elastic.
Don't wait to feel these symptoms to hydrate yourself! Drinking enough water and electrolyte beverages throughout the day is vital for keeping your body functioning properly. Severe cases can be treated with vitamin-infused intravenous fluid. Take care of your health, stay hydrated! 💧
