Last night was a truly unforgettable evening as we had the privilege of experiencing the debut of Arizona Folklórico Dance Company's "Senderos" at the Pima Community College West Center for the Arts. From start to finish, the performance was a breathtaking journey through the rich tapestry of regional dances, brought to life by over 50 talented dancers ranging from young students to adults.

The energy and passion that radiated from the stage were palpable. Each dance was executed with precision and grace, showcasing not only the skill of the dancers but also their deep connection to the traditions they were honoring. The costumes were nothing short of spectacular, adding an extra layer of authenticity and visual splendor to the evening.

We extend our heartfelt congratulations to director Bruno Loya, whose vision and leadership made this evening possible. To the dancers of Arizona Folklórico Dance Company, both young and older, your dedication and commitment were evident in every step. And to the entire crew behind the scenes, thank you for ensuring that every detail was meticulously handled, allowing the performance to shine.

As we reflect on the night, we are already eagerly anticipating the next opportunity to witness your artistry on stage. "Senderos" not only entertained but also educated and inspired, leaving a lasting impression that we will cherish for years to come.

An enthusiast of Folklorico and an individual defined by persistence, Alexander's hobbies extend to his commitment to the gym. Despite not participating in traditional school extracurricular activities, he finds fulfillment in pursuing his passions independently.

As graduation approaches, Alexander eagerly anticipates working towards his long-term goals, fueled by the anthemic notes of "Teachme" by Musiq Soulchild.
