It has sour cream packet of taco seasoning, can of Rotel, shredded cheese, garlic, paprika, onion powder, diced onions, salt mix top with chopped cilantro and Wala .. can't give measurements cause Im a adder and taster lol π "little bit of this" " little bit of that"πͺπ²β¨ enjoy ! π

2 different meals for each kid talk about spoiled... π€ My teen son hates pasta but likes beef and potato's and my daughter is the opposite & just because I had too much ground beef we split it for spoiled Thursday.. what's your favorite meal if you had to pick spaghetti or Salisbury steak?

Here ya go!
In a bowl combine
1/2 cup semi melted Butter π§
2 eggs π₯ rm temp.
1/2 cup milk π₯
Splash vanilla "splash aka a little bit" π
Mix
Add 4 ugly π π bananas (ripened)
Mix + smash + squish + mix
Set aside
In a separate bowl combine
1 cup sugar white or brown π€·ββοΈ any
1-1/2 cups all purpose flour
1-1/2 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
Mix
Add the wet ingredients
And Mix
Note : you can extra mix in's like nuts, chocolate chips, I added cinnamon π
Pour in a greases pan top with nuts I used walnuts bake for 25-30 min till πͺ golden and firm. Cool before cutting and enjoy!

Today's Lunch, Veggie Mason Jar soup & chia Juice π what did you have?
The best tasting chia drink ever! Use equal parts of each.
*sparkling water "your choice"
*Juice I'm using ocean spray "diet
* 2 tbs or more pre made chia jelly
Mix all ingredients and pour over ice and enjoy! Love it! Save it for later β¬οΈβ¬οΈβ¬οΈ

Good Morning! π Lately I've been eating oat oatmeal every morning and this combo is strange but so delicious. It's one of my weightloss meals from the starch solution. It helps keep me satisfied for hours.
It cuts out cravings for sweets. The plus side I'm loosing weight.
1 cup old-fashioned oats (dry)
2 cups water (2 for bulk can use 1)
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1 cup garbanzo beans
1/4 cup soy milk
1-2 drops vanilla stevia
1 cup cooked sliced zucchini (side)
1. Cook your oats in water for a min or 2 to desired consistency. Stove top or microwave.
2. Pour in a bowl top with berries, garbanzo, and splash of milk
Sweeten with stevia
3. Enjoy π

Late breakfast some have eggs, bacon, toast while I'm plain Jane and have oatmeal every morning this one has shredded carrots to bulk it up plus it give's me those extra calories I need to meet my mark and pomegranates for sweetness and vitamin Cπ " don't knock it till you try it" it helps keep me feeling satisfied till lunch time. And of course gotta have my matcha tea with a splash of soy milk.. any who have a wonderful day!
