We’re getting a lot of Dms for tips on baking the perfect macaron! I always tell everyone to go back to basics! If you’re a baker and are having problems perfecting your macarons I suggest making a new batch with no color added or flavoring to the shells! We prefer parchment paper vs silicone mats in our kitchen as we find the cute little “feet” of the macarons come out higher and a fuller NO hollow shell! Try it out ❤️ Sorry for the delay in response bakers!
