Chicken pasta with a creamy tomato sauce 🤤 RECIPE ⬇️
1. start by marinating the chicken with chili powder, garlic powder, dried herbs, white pepper and salt
2. fry the chickens in oil until cooked
3. cook 200g pasta in salted water until al dente
4. add 50g of butter to the pan on medium heat
5. add 2 tsp of flour and mix the combine
6. add 2 tsp of tomato paste
7. let cook for a few minutes and then add 200ml of heavy cream. whisking constantly to avoid lumps
8. add parmesan cheese
9. add your cooked pasta with a dash of pasta water
Best Broccoli Salad Ever 😋😋🥗
Ingredients:
• 2 heads of fresh broccoli (not frozen)
• 1/2 cup chopped red onion
• 1/2 pound bacon
• 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, grated (For better texture, I prefer using a block of cheese and grating it myself instead of opting for pre-grated options.)
• 2 1/2 tablespoons vinegar
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 1/3 cup sugar
Instructions:
1. I cut the bacon into bite-sized pieces and cook it until it reaches the desired crispness. After cooking, I drain the bacon on paper towels.
2. I chop the broccoli florets into bite-size pieces and mix them with the bacon, chopped onions, and grated cheddar cheese in a large bowl.
3. In a separate bowl, I blend vinegar, sugar, and mayonnaise. I then pour this mixture over the broccoli combination and toss everything to ensure thorough coating. Afterward, I cover the bowl and refrigerate it until I'm ready to serve.
Notes: To slightly soften the broccoli, I usually steam it in the microwave for about 2 minutes. For this, I place the broccoli in a microwave-safe bowl, add approximately 1/2 inch of water to the bottom, cover it with a paper towel, and microwave for 2 minutes. This recipe is equally delicious even without the cheese!
Stuffed Bell Peppers 😋😋🫑🫑
Ingredients:
• 4 large bell peppers
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 small finely chopped onion
• 1 lb lean ground beef
• 2 tbsp keto taco seasoning
• 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes with juices
• 1 cup steamed cauliflower rice
• 2 cups shredded cheese (divided)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 190C/375F and grease a large baking dish.
2. I cut the tops off the bell peppers, removed seeds and membranes, and sliced each pepper in half. I placed them in the prepared dish.
3. In a non-stick pan over medium heat, I sautéed onions in olive oil for about a minute. I added ground beef and cooked until no longer pink. Then, I added taco seasoning, poured in diced tomatoes with juices, and let it simmer for 1 minute.
4. I removed the pan from heat. I stirred in steamed cauliflower rice and one cup of shredded cheese.
5. I evenly distributed the filling among the bell pepper halves and topped them with the remaining cheese.
6. I baked the stuffed peppers for 20-25 minutes until the cheese was melted, and the peppers were tender.
7. I removed them from the oven and served immediately.
