- Coordinate with real estate agents, clients, lenders, and other stakeholders for seamless processes.
- Review contracts for accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Efficiently communicate updates and address issues throughout the transaction.
- Schedule and coordinate inspections, appraisals, and relevant appointments.
- Ensure timely completion of all required paperwork and maintain organized transaction files.
