Really fun project, learned a lot.

Work scope: Enclose stair case, install door with prop light switch, demo steps and re-face with red oak, install hardwood flooring, refinish handrails, build window shelves and fresh paint throughout.

Ceiling repair.

The struggle is real!

Before and after entry way.
Smoothed out walls, install trim work, built bench, paint, stain and sealed. Installed wallpaper.
Ceiling was done by the homeowner prior to us showing up.

Fun project! Built about 120’ of fence! Turned out great.

Here’s the pics of the before and after, my house was built on the 50’s so it was a pretty basic hot/cold set up, pvc drain pipe and bunch of adapters to feed water to the fridge, washer and dryer.

Electrical was also a mess, we re-routed the electrical and cleaned it up a bit. Tapped onto the water lines and ran new lines for the sink, washer/dryer and fridge. Hide it all behind the drywall, installed a utility sink and added cabinets for storage.
Installed hardwood flooring and added recessed lighting. Fresh paint throughout and beautiful wall-covering to play along with the theme.

Turned out great. Very little variations from my original vision.

Mi casa fue construida en los años 50s y el tipo de servicio de lavado era bastante básico, solo las llaves con un montón de reducciones para alimentar y servir agua al refrigerador, lavadora y secador, una p**a erecta se usaba como drenaje.
El trabajo eléctrico tmbn estaba algo curioso, nosotros re-colocamos y re-acomodamos tanto fontanería como electricidad para que funcionara mejor.
Pudimos drenaje directo para la lavadora y lavabo, igual como una línea directa para el refrigerador.

Piso nuevo de madera, gabinetes, pintura y ese hermoso papel tapiz!😂😂😉
Hubo muy pequeñas variaciones de mi idea original. Salió casi como lo tenía planeado.

Wainscoting and window trim. Board and batten. Install and paint. Great project.

For this project we removed 3 windows, framed, installed, finished drywall and painted the repairs. Freshened up the hall way and walls on sales floor.

Before and after.
Drywall repair, fresh paint on base wood work, walls and ceilings. New light fixtures, outlets and switches.

This one was a fun one, gnarly texture on walls and ceiling. Ran wiring for recessed lighting from existing. Smooth it all out! Turned out great.

Fun project. Remove acoustic paneling ceiling, install drywall and add recessed lighting, smooth finish and paint. Turned out awesome.

Barn door install and fresh paint

Costumer installed drywall, we came in to finish it, paint it and install fixtures! Turned out great
