Hello everyone, it has been a while since I last updated you all on our progress. Although this project has been quite challenging, we have made some progress. We have had contractors on site for the installation of the sprinklers for the last couple weeks. Starting this week, the alarm system will be installed, and plumbing, and grease trap to follow. While I am hopeful for a soft launch this year, it probably won't happen until early 2025.

I’ve met with some wonderful people along the way who shares my enthusiasm and excitement, and can’t tell you enough how honored I am to be apart of this journey.

We still have a couple of retail spaces left, message me if anyone is interested.

Best news all week!! We have been notified that we have the GREEN🚦light from the Tulsa City Hall. We will start working on the bidding for the construction phases soon. In the meantime we are working on the fire sprinklers, plumbing, electrical, and grease trap. More info to come, can’t wait!!

Hmong Mall Vendors FAQ

When will Hmong Mall be open?
We hope to have Hmong Mall up and running sometime during Summer to Fall of 2024.

What will the hours of operations be for Hmong Mall?
9AM-8PM from Monday through Sunday. 7 days a week.

What will the Farmers Market consist of?
Farmers market is just an open area across from the retail spaces. You will need to set up tables, and clean your area when you leave for the day. This can be a daily, or a monthly with no lease agreement needed.

Will Hmong Mall allow for vending machines?
As far as snacks and drinks vending machines, No. We want to give the opportunity for our food vendors to be able to sell their products. Regarding claw and arcade vending machines, while it is a terrific idea we will know more once we start the inside renovation. We will definitely open this up to everyone that is interested should we have a space large enough to accommodate that.

I am interested in a food booth, how do I get that process going?
At this time we are completely full on food vendors. Please send your name, telephone number and what type of food you will be making to [email protected] to be added to our waiting list. Should a space become available, we will reach out to you. We have plans on extending the food court in the near future, and will contact you accordingly.

I am interested in a retail space, how do I get started?
Please contact Shaylee at 918-779-8556 to get the application email to you or you may email us directly to request that at [email protected].

Will Hmong Mall allow for food trucks on the parking premises?
Unfortunately, at this time we have decided to dedicate this solely to our inside food vendors. No food trucks are allowed unless you have prior approval.

Are you only leasing to Hmong vendors?
Absolutely not. While this establishment is a Hmong owned shopping center, we are open to the different culture, foods, and retail shops. Any small business owners are encouraged to apply and can become vendors as long as you meet our application guidelines.

Will Hmong Mall have a wall space inside for marketing, banners and or advertisements?
It is undetermined at this time, we will know more when we get closer to the completion of our construction phases.

How do I become a contractor for Hmong Mall?
At this time, we have a few contractors in line. In order for us to consider you, you will need to show proof of insurance, bonding, and references. Please email all your information to [email protected] to be considered. Once we have the green light from the City Hall, we will allow contractors to start the bidding process and go from there.

Will Hmong Mall allow for Kiosks?
Yes, more details to come.

Will Hmong Mall have an ATM machine?
Yes

With a decade of serving our community in events such as Catering, Hmong Tournaments and New Year celebrations, we are beyond proud to announce that we will be one of the food vendor booths. Our enhanced southeastern asian menu includes pad thai, pho, curry noodles, laab, ribs, fish, papaya salad, tricolor and more! Our recipes have been cherished within our family for generations, and we are excited to share these time-honored flavors and spices with you. Welcome vendor # 7. Her name is Chou Xiong and she is from Minnesota. Her specialty will be different flavors of boba drinks. Come out to support her when we open Hmong Mall.

Let’s welcome Food Vendor #6. Her name is Keomany Xiong. She moved to Oklahoma from Minnesota, and has been in the food business for quite some time. Look at her beautiful presentation on some of the food she will be offering at Hmong Mall.

Pho Star is from Wisconsin and has been in the restaurant industry for three years. They will be selling a mixture of Hmong, Lao and Thai dishes such as pho, curry noodles, fried and steamed fish, steamed rolls, papaya salad, pad ka pao and many more!

Ceiling tiles almost complete for one of the rooms and concrete truck had just arrived to do some concrete work. Will give more updates when more progress has been made.
