Synergy Wellbeing is hiring a Client Engagement Liaison. The Client Engagement Liaison ensures that clients have positive experience with Synergy.

Our Liaison:
- takes calls and responds to surveys to connect potential clients with the therapist that best meets their needs or provides a referral to an appropriate community resource when needed.
- assists clients as necessary to ensure all documents is understood, complete and accurate.
- facilitates communication between clients, therapists and administrative staff.
- follows up with clients for feedback as to satisfaction and/or assess for additional service needs.
- communicates with therapists and other staff regarding scheduling new clients and administrative needs of current clients.

The ideal candidate will have:
- a strong ability to listen for understanding and use compassion and empathy to create a trusting connection over the phone, in person and in writing,
- experience in customer service,
- ability to work independently and as part of a team,
recognize the importance of confidentiality
be confident in learning and working with technology including communication tools and electronic medical records.
- a minimum of a bachelor's degree in psychology, social work or other related field.

Responsibilities include:
- Interview with callers for the purpose of matching them with the best therapist to meet their needs.
- Respond to online surveys requesting services.
- Use electronic health record to schedule client and collect demographic and insurance information and send email to client with information on logging on to patient portal to complete additional information.
- Ensure online profile is complete prior to first appointment.
- Welcome clients to the office.
- Facilitate communication between clients and therapists.
- Provide necessary follow-up with clients between appointments.
- Ensure a positive experience for clients.

We’re looking for therapists who like to think outside the box in serving their clients and want to work collaboratively with other wellbeing professionals to holistically serve the needs of their clients. We are in-network with most major commercial health plans and have direct contracts with large Tulsa employers.

PRACTICE AT SYNERGY – The Synergy Center for Wellbeing offers therapists with their own independent practices shared space offices to see clients occasionally or part time; ideal for those practicing primarily via telehealth who need occasional in-person sessions. We can also provide private offices for your exclusive use. We offer administrative staff to support the business you conduct at Synergy. We can schedule and confirm appointments, manage client records and handle insurance credentialing and billing.

Synergy Wellbeing has been serving the mental health needs of Tulsans since 2000. This spring, we are excited to launch our Center of Excellence, bringing mental health professionals together with wellbeing services such as yoga, massage, mindfulness, nutrition, art and music therapy, and other innovative services to promote mental health and enhance wellbeing – all in our newly remodeled 14,000 square foot building.
