– “An accomplishment I'm proud of is that I have purchased and sold a combined volume of 2 million pounds in my first 8 months here. I have three English Bulldogs and I love POSITIVITY and teamwork!"

What do you enjoy about being at TLF?
– “It has been a blessing to leave the retail industry and work a normal 8-5. It has allowed me to spend more time with my family. I love my teammates here at TimberLake and the camaraderie we have on a daily basis!”

What does teamwork mean to you?
– “I got your back and we are in collaboration with each other, not in competition with each other!”

– “I’m very proud to have received the PAT award, which is a peer nominated award for outstanding teammate. I’m very honored to have received such an award in such a short time that I’ve been with TimberLake.“

What do you enjoy about being at TLF?
– “I really appreciate being a part of a close-knit team, and each day I’m learning something new. Each day brings a new challenge, and I’m glad I have the team I do to work through it with.”

What does teamwork mean to you?
– “To me, teamwork is when everyone on the team does their part to the best of their ability, and they’re reliable to help pitch in when you need a hand. You help each other out when you can.”

The results from our Christmas Tree Competition are in! With a bit of creativity and teamwork, each team in our office worked hard to make a festive and unique Christmas tree. Congratulations to our accounting team for winning with their Christmas Gnome Tree! 🎄

– “ I have been with the TimberLake team for 17 years.”

What is your job title at TLF?
– “I am a Sales Consultant.”

What’s a fun fact about yourself or can you tell us about a recent accomplishment?
– “Outside of TimberLake I enjoy my time as an avid outdoorsman and cattle farmer.“

What do you enjoy about being at TLF?
– “Everyday is different, but my favorite days are the ones where our hard work and planning results in success for our customers.”

What does teamwork mean to you?
– “We are a team reliant company. Teamwork is incredibly important to us. Having a teammate that you can trust to source product is crucial to our success. I'm thankful that I have a great team to work with. ”

Why should customers work with TLF?
– “We can cover more ground for a customer or supplier in 10 minutes than they can cover in a half of a day by themselves. Timing is everything in this business, and we excel at it!“

This morning our team celebrated the Christmas season with a wonderful breakfast hosted by our sister company, Eagle Capital, and an "Ugly" Sweater Contest! Those who participated showed off their creative skills by designing and wearing their "ugly" sweaters to work. We also enjoyed a surprise visit from the Grinch himself!

We appreciate the effort everyone put into bringing the Christmas cheer to TimberLake Foods today! 🎄

We're proud to announce that our team at TimberLake Foods will be participating in the Santa Paws Donation Tree for the Tupelo-Lee Humane Society this Christmas season! Each ornament represents items that are most needed to help care for the animals at the shelter. Donation items needed range from dry or wet food to cleaning products so that they can get the best care they deserve before finding their forever homes!

This weekend we celebrated our Annual Company Christmas Dinner! – “I've received several awards over the years solely due to relationships and trust built with customers/suppliers. I've made some amazing and long lasting relationships throughout the years. 2 awards I'm especially proud of; In 2020 I was voted best chili in the annual TLF Chili Cook-off and in 2022 was voted winner and still the reigning champion of the 2022 cornbread cook-off. “

What do you enjoy about being at TLF?
– “Everyday is a new challenge and a new adventure. We have the ability to make major decisions basically on our own without being micromanaged. The sky is definitely the limit here at TLF!”

What does teamwork mean to you?
– “I can count on my team to have my back, no matter what. They will step in where I left off whether only out for an hour or on a weeks vacation. I can be at peace knowing they care as much as I do about my business.”
