‼️ OUR BIGGEST ANNOUNCEMENT EVER ‼️ We have outgrown our Scott’s Recreation name and are very proud to present you with: SR1 Companies SR1 RV SR1 Trailers SR1 Equipment SR1 Powersports SR1 Containers SR1 Docks SR1 Parts (coming soon) SR1 Logistics Over the next two months we will be launching seven new websites, new social media pages, new google pages, new signage, and completing many other branding projects. We are also excited to announce two new facilities in the upcoming months that we have been working on behind the scenes. These will complement our current operations and parts/service expansions greatly! And for those who are probably curious given the new name.. NO, we did not sell. We have been Employee Owned since 2021 and expect to be forever! 😁 This decision was made with after extensive consideration. Here were some of the primary reasons: A) Brand identity issue. All “Scott’s Recreation” locations were very different. For example, the Turner store sold 7 major product categories, whereas the Hermon store only sold trailers. However they were both called the same thing. B) “Recreation” was not a good label for industrial offerings. Although the Scott’s Recreation name was very well respected by those familiar with the company, the name was not a good fit for all for the tractor and heavy equipment segment growth. C) Websites. It was becoming very difficult to have one website for all of the different categories and give customers the best shopping experience possible. From aluminum waterfront docks to 50,000 lb excavators on the same listing platform was a challenge. The solution: A universal brand name that all SR1 Employee Owners can be proud of and represent to the highest standards, while allowing specific product segments to be individually branded. . . We were inspired by a few of our customers who tinted their TYM cabs last year! Adding tint to your TYM tractor cab helps block out UV rays in the summer, keeping the cab cooler! It helps with glare and prevents glass shattering.
