Sweet dreams begin with healthy sleep habits! 💤 Here are five tips to help you sleep soundly and wake up refreshed: 1️⃣ Turn your bedroom into a sleep-inducing environment. Make it quiet, dark, and cool. Add white noise if necessary. 2️⃣ Keep a pre-sleep routine. Seniors can benefit from relaxing bedtime rituals like bathing, reading, or relaxation exercises. 3️⃣ Use natural light to your advantage. If needed, use a sleep mask or get heavy curtains. Let in the light first thing in the morning. 4️⃣ Nap early – or not at all. If necessary, keep it short and before 5:00 p.m. 5️⃣ Avoid caffeine, alcohol, nicotine, and other chemicals that interfere with sleep. Limit coffee or tea after lunch or use decaffeinated beverages. #BetterSleep #HealthyHabits #HealthTip

Keller Landing’s Valentine’s Day celebration, where we crowned a new king and queen for 2024.

Keller Landing’s residents relish the sights and sounds of the holidays. We want to thank Mrs. Patrice Brown and her daughter, Mrs. Anna Beahm, who took time out of their busy schedules to come and play Christmas music on their cellos for our residents. Everyone enjoyed the performance, and we are now ready for the Holidays!

We hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving!
