FitSteps for Life has Venmo!
Giving is even easier now that we have Venmo. Since @fitstepsforlife is a non-profit, we are listed under the charities section of Venmo. We have created a video to walk you through the steps. Of course, you can always give through our website!

Goal setting is an essential element of the FitSteps for Life program. During each patient’s first visit, one of our Exercise Specialists works directly with them to set short-term and long-term goals. Setting attainable goals can help motivate and inspire patients making their exercise routine more manageable and less intimidating. It also assists the Exercise Specialist when creating an exercise prescription to ensure that the patient’s wants and needs are being met. In July, Gerri joined FitSteps for Life and completed her short-term goal of walking without a walker in just two months! She continues to work hard and is getting stronger every day.
