It's going to be a cool week, with morning temps in the 40s some days. Come on out for some delicious baked goods and beverages from The Wandering Bean Coffee Co. Remember, Thursday is the fundraiser for Gwen. 20% of sales and all tips in the jar will be donated. We will also be matching the 20% of sales from our own pockets for an additional donation.
Friday night lights from 5-Midnight. We will have pizza, stromboli, some baked goods, Mac n cheese and possibly some other items on the menu. If the Golden Eagles, all varsity football players, cheer leaders, band members, flag team members and twirlers can come in after the game for 1 free slice. We will go by the names submitted on the rosters that we have received.
See everyone Wednesday. You can pre order salads, pizzas, and stromboli for lunch Wednesday. Just shoot us message or respond to the post. Limited supply!
Tins that serve 6-8 people of our macaroni and cheese are available for purchase. Please give us at least 24 hours so we can get the supplies we need. Thanksgiving pie and side dish orders will be available soon.
Still need a roster for varsity band and varsity flag team for this Friday's home game. I need those rosters to help determine how much pizza I'll have to make.
I feel this is appropriate, especially with us being open until Midnight this Friday.

Any businesses, schools, or facilities interested in taking part in our lunch ticket program, message me. We create weekly menu options for your business to choose from, some exclusive to the lunch ticket program and some you can find on our daily menu.
Thoughts on a deluxe Italian Sub? Ham, Pepperoni, Salami, Gabagool, Cheese, Lettuce, Tomato, Salt, Pepper, Oregano, Housemade Italian Dressing.
We will be doing some more experimenting on Wednesday. We have had a request for a Buffalo chicken dip salad, so that will be available Wednesday between 11-3 (limited supply). Our housemade Buffalo chicken dip on top of our garden salad, with your choice of dressing (Buffalo sauce available for no extra charge).
We will also be experimenting with a stuffed pizza. Pizza roll ups will be available, as will Mac n cheese. We will have a marinated chicken breast salad. Full stromboli or whole pizzas will be available, while supply last. Remember full pizzas and stromboli take about 20-25 minutes to cook, so call ahead if you are ordering for your lunch break.

Our busiest day yet. You guys sure do like subs. We will have subs again next week, but some different ones. We won't have the Italian, ham, or turkey, but watch for those to be back soon, just wanting to get some more feedback on them before I make them permanent. There's a good possibility a cheesesteak sub may make a limited appearance next Sunday.
Can make 6 more subs for the night. Who wants one?

It's not on the menu, but I can do a few chicken parm subs tomorrow if anyone wants one. $10 a piece
Some new items this week. They will be VERY LIMITED.
Vendor shout outs: If you like our chicken and steak, we get it locally at Mac's Market . We season and make our own bread crumb mix for the cutlets, but the meat is from macs. All of our dressings and sauces are made in house. Ham, turkey, and salami comes from Boars Head. Our cheeses, pepperoni, and olive oil are all imported from Italy. Our dough is made fresh, in house, and is never frozen. And we hand crush the best locally farmed tomato's we can find every week. Menu will be up soon, keep an eye out!

This just went through our Italian test kitchen. 18 inches of homemade bread, thinly sliced ham, salami, Buffalo mozzarella, hand shredded lettuce, tomatoes, salt, pepper, oregano, homemade Italian dressing. So good!
Salad with homemade dressings, turkey/ham/chicken salad sandwiches, cookies and brownies, cannoli tray, and 6 trays of Mac n cheese leaving the shop soon!
