CMDI’s ability to assess client needs and provide solutions has been evident throughout the company’s 30 year history, particularly for Presidential campaigns. CMDI devised the first system for electronically filed matching funds reports with digital check imaging for the Dole campaign in 1996. The Bush-Cheney ’04 campaign’s tracking of money raised by Pioneers and Rangers was possible because CMDI systems handled bundling information long before any discussions about required reporting. The McCain, Giuliani, Romney and Thompson campaigns in 2008 had data flowing into CMDI systems in new ways with unique integration solutions in every case with web sites and widgets.
Recently CMDI’s forward-thinking approach has led to major donor fundraising enhancements including club program support, pledge systems, event tracking and fundraising call management that have boosted fundraising efforts at the NRSC and NRCC. Crimson, our new web-based fundraising tool, provides interactive functionality and reporting in personalized web pages for bundlers and the fundraising teams they recruit. A newly created application, Crimson Mobile, provides donor information from any hand-held device.
