I’m terrible at posting anything these days. But here’s a lil newborn shoot from earlier this month, I can never get enough of those squishy lil babes 🥹

The fall is dwindling away here. I’m so excited for winter BUT the fall colors will forever be the best for photography. Winter has the best food… the most relaxing… and the peaceful snow.

I know, I know I am so bad at socials these days. I have 1 million sessions I need to share. I still haven’t even shared the bulk of the good stuff. I shot in Connecticut. But anyways here’s A+H and their wedding day! I was over the moon to be able to shoot this for these two. I did their engagement shoot the night before we moved🤪

These two are so kind and just amazing. It was my honor to be able to capture their intimate special day in the woods. However, I must say my favorite part was the post ceremony ice cream!

I’ve been neglecting to post anything on social these days, so my deepest apologies! I swear I haven’t caught up on sleep since visiting CT. I haven’t even made it through my own family’s photos because I’m just so DONE at the end of the day. These toddler people, man. 😅

Anywho, I got to shoot one of my absolutely favorite families while I was visiting 🥹 I’ve seen these two grow to three all while mom truly was a rockstar and did it alone. Military life isn’t for the faint of heart and C ROCKS motherhood in the less than ideal timing with deployments. Her tiny humans are the sweetest, kindness, and cutest there is.

As always; I loved avoiding the rain, and running around with these three❤️

Man oh man was it great to get out with these two! I haven’t had a session in a hot minute and these two made it SO easy to fall back into the groove. They were precious together and we spent the night running around with their adorable pups on their family farm 🥹

I’ll be in Connecticut in about a month and I am SO excited to see many familiar faces and photograph you all again. I have one last slot if anyone still was looking 🫶🏼

It is so weird living landlocked now. I’ve lived by the coast the last 10 or so years and to not directly see the sunset on the horizon, the ocean everywhere I drive, or just the sensation of knowing it’s hour before sea…. Is wild. I don’t even know how to explain it, maybe I’m just crazy?🤣

Anyways, throw back to these cuties as I wrap up planning my July trip to CT! I’ll be hosting minis and a few sessions while I’m there because I miss you guys all so much! Photography has become non existent these days as my husband gets off as the sun sets, and someone has to keep up with this wild child. I’m longing for the day when his schedule settles down a bit and I can get back in the sessions nearly everyday game. I truly miss engaging with all my clients and having some time to be creative.

Man oh man was this such a good session. It’s my first one in MONTHS since the move and felt so so good to be back behind the camera. We had unexpected snow, and by unexpected I mean one second it was full sun the next blizzard conditions.

We (probably mostly me) had a blast snow all fighting, rolling around in the snow, a little bit of dancing and alllll the silliness.

I can’t wait for some more green as it’s so beautiful to shoot in, but the snow was a nice change ❤️

Well it’s been approximately 75 years since I’ve posted. We had a huge move, endless inbetween time, loss of the family, loss of a dog, a small surgery for my daughter, and honestly just so much freaking adjustment I need a mental chiropractor. I miss shooting, I feel like I haven’t been behind my camera in ages! I hoping over the next few weeks to really start offering model calls and all that fun stuff to get back in the swing of things. Thank you all for still being here 🫶🏼 I’ve booked multiple wedding, am on board for some second shooting and honestly can’t wait. Starting a business right after having a baby has been a wild ride, and add in all her medical needs and whew. It’s been hard to limit myself to 1-2 hour shoots and not get into weddings sooner, but family first. We’re finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel of my having a bit of freedom and as much as I love my tiny lady, I’m overjoyed to have that purpose and personal time back. So thank all of you whom have always been flexible, waved at my daughter as the end of a session and listened to me rant here and there. You’re all appreciated.

For now, enjoy this wild session. The lighting was some of the most diverse I’ve had in one session and had so many different tones during sunset and ended with a firey sun ball. I look forward to seeing these two married as they were such a power duo and will do amazing things together ❤️

Now that I can share…

I got to take part in the sweetest couple’s proposal last week! Proposals are next level stress as you get ONE shot. But man did these two deliver! M+C we’re the cutest to work with. I planned with C for the last few weeks to get the details down pat and ensure a flawless day, as it was.

M was SO SO excited you could feel it in the air and the sweetness of how much C wanted to marry her…. Ugh 🥹

So grateful to have spent the is special moment with M+C and hear their story. All the congratulations to these two❤️

One of the dreaaaaaaam shoots for a photographer is always a proposal. I’ve been so lucky to capture a few this year! It’s so magically to be the “secret holder” and help in the planning. B+C was such a sweet one! C reached out to me about her maternity session and shortly after B messaged asking if I minded if he proposed. Which ALWAYS ALWAYS happy to include that! They had such a unique timeline in their relationship and their love and fun is so beautifully showcased within their time together. We had many laughs and many nerves during this but man was it worth it. Such a sweet surprise for C who should be welcoming their little babe into the world any day now!

I know it’s snow season but I still have so much fall to show 😅

Absolutely loved running around with Sofia for her maternity session. Talk about gorgeous and PERFECT facials between the two of them.😍

As I charge my batteries for what will likely be my last homecoming, I’m left with many thoughts.

This military community has truly blessed me in being successful in my business. So many of you took a leap of faith on (and with) me. Without your relentless support my name would have never been spread to the community.

I would have never met the incredible people I have. I would have never witnessed the beautiful moments I have with you. So for each and everyone one of you, whether you’re a silent supporter, like all my posts, or have booked me….. I deeply, DEEPLY thank you. I would not have success without you. I am immensely grateful and I’d consider myself lucky if central New York showed me a sliver of equal support. You all are unmatched. So farewell and following seas to this amazing community. I have a few last sessions here this month and we will be off.

My life has been a string of bad luck and so overwhelming these days. I’ve had in home shoot saved forever in my want list, and decided these two would be PERFECT to help me recreate those cozy vibes. These two willingly let me come in and do another shoot and once again, so beautiful and lovely to work with. They have been my sun spot these last couple weeks of endless stress and I cannnnnn not wait for their little babe to be earth side and see them grow as a family even more. L+H you’re going to make amazing parents, along with a beautiful child, and honestly I’m most excited to see what name you guys land on 🤣

I swear i haven’t had a moment to breath since roughly my session with L+R. Life is INSANE here. I just wanna say I appreciate all of you and your kind words/well wishes on our upcoming move. I am SO nervous business wise, but man am I excited snow wise!

For now, enjoy some fall glory with these lovely ladies. We had to reschedule I feel like a million times and FINALLY got to meet them and just have a totally stress free learning moment. ❤️

Fall minis were a hit this past weekend and I’ve been chipping away at editing every chance I get. Here’s some of my favs from one of the sessions…. Idk about you but I’m OBSESSED. C+P rocked their short time with me and we had perfect foliage 🥹 seriously I could have these two in front of my camera forever. It’s ALWAYS the people who say “oh my gosh I’m so awkward” or “this is gonna be bad we’re not models” that hit it out of the freakin’ park.

(Ignore the Syracuse location, these were here in Connecticut! I’m just trying to slowly attempt to build some new clientele for the move ❤️)
