Tastefully Simple with Kelly Lynn Pesce

Bursting with tangy vinegar and savory salt, this versatile seasoning adds a zesty kick to any dish!

Baked Queso Chicken!
Chicken smothered in a queso sauce and baked with a tortilla chip and cheese topping.

Ingredients:
1½ pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 6 pieces
2 teaspoons Fiesta Party Seasoning™
¾ cup sour cream
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 packet Creamy Queso Mix
1 tablespoon Onion Onion™ Seasoning
1 cup shredded Cheddar Jack cheese
1 cup crushed tortilla chips
Garnishes such as, pico de gallo, sliced green onions, optional

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F. Season chicken breasts with Fiesta Party Seasoning and place in a greased 8x8-inch baking pan.
In a small bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, Creamy Queso Mix and Onion Onion Seasoning. Spread over chicken breasts. Sprinkle with cheese and tortilla chips.
Bake, covered, 20 minutes. Uncover and continue baking until internal temperature of chicken reaches 165°F on an instant-read food thermometer, about 20 minutes.

Makes 6 servings.

✨️Key Lime Pie Muddy Buddies 🍈

Ingredients:
9 cups Chex cereal
2 cups white chocolate chips
1 packet Key Lime Cheese Ball Mix
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar

Directions:
Place Chex into a large bowl and set aside.
In a small bowl, microwave chips on high for a minute, stir and microwave again for about 45 seconds more or until melted and smooth when stirred.
Pour white chocolate over cereal and stir until evenly coated.

Key Lime Muddy Buddy Coating:
Mix together Key Lime flavor packet and powdered sugar in a small bowl.
Combine sugar mixture and cereal in a large resealable plastic bag and shake until well-coated.
Spread onto a baking sheet to cool.
Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
