Closing only took 3 days 😳😬😵‍💫. I’m truly not sure what another agent would have done but I had to raise hell over at Edge Home Finance to even get this thing to the closing table. It put a damper on what have been an otherwise smooth transaction!

This is why I tell you, use a local lender!!! I know the good ones at several companies.

Our first buyer walked away, 2 days after signing off on inspections. But we flipped to another buyer within 24 hours, passed VA appraisal and no inspection repairs 🙌.
