#25 proved to be my biggest test to date! In a strange way it was fun to test my mental limits. From swimming with no kick, to riding my bike with one foot clipped in, and then 13.1 miles of Rucking with . We really are limitless! Thank you and sharing your strength! Time to recover and get ready for in 3 weeks!

What a great day. Hands down the best 13.1 miles of scenery I’ve ever seen. It’s Marine Corp Marathon weekend, so I shared the road with quite a few runners that decided to do it anyway. We can all find excuses why not to do something. The question is, are you mentally strong enough to push the excuses to the side and get it done no matter the circumstance? I say we all have it in us, we just need to locate it. A special thank you to This day would not have happened without her. Also had the company of a new athlete Thank you!!! 🇺🇸

#21 is in the books! I felt strong from the first stroke and kick in the pool right up to the “finish line”. My mantra for the day comes from “I’m not immune from pain, but I am immune from Suffering!” Time to recover with T&T

I can remember exactly where I was when I heard about our country being attacked. 19 years later i’m still committed to not only never forget but to continue to honor those that perished that day as well as those that sacrificed mind and body on the battlefields preserving our freedoms! Let’s stand together today and acknowledge we have more that join us then separate. Wish me luck as I attempt to complete back to back 70.3 Triathlons today and tomorrow.

To commemorate and pay tribute to the men and women that have served and continue to serve post 9/11 I have decided to step it up a notch. I will be completing back-to-back 70.3’s this coming Friday and Saturday.

I’m confident that I’ve put the training in and can stay mentally strong. Now let’s just hope my 47yr old body agrees.

Please take some time this weekend to reflect on how our lives changed for ever on the faithful day!

We’re all living through challenging times again today. Stay focused on being positive. Be kind and respectful of one another! Think outside of yourself and we will come out on the other side stronger than ever.
