This Carroltown deck was a team effort for the Barricade Fence & Deck crews. The Serre Family bought this and is making it there own. The home never had a deck, or even a door leading out for a deck to be built. Well now they have both. Windows Perfection installed a beautiful door leading on to the new vinyl deck. We wish we had taken a before of this Altoona PA Project. Total changed the look of this Altoona city backyard. Removed the old deck and roof and changed it to a 3 sided step landing with a ground level deck. This provided some privacy for our customers by dropping the deck to ground level.
