As my first week in my Fort Collins office at Workwell, my third week with KineticWise, and my countless hours with my own clients comes to an end to make way for the weekend... I can't help but contemplate what self care means to me. I've made sure to soak in Epsom salts every day I get off work from my 8a to 5p. I've snuck in a massage here and there. I've tried to get as much sleep as I can. The work never ends, really. And that's ok. As long as we carve out time for ourselves, we can fight the burnout!!
What does self care mean to you? I'm curious.

Stretching isn't about doing the splits. It's about getting your connective tissues to support your muscles in doing the movements you love.
