After asking hundreds of swim teachers about what resources they use in their water safety curriculum, I learned there was a significant "missing link". Many swim teachers reported either not knowing where to find info, or that so much info was out there that they didnt have the time to hunt all the resources down. Families also reported the same complaint. Therefore, I created "The Water Safety Syndicate", a comprehensive (and still adding) "one stop shop" for those seeking more information about the Learn to Swim Industry, Water Safety & Drowning Preventions.
Want to know what campaign to participate in? Its there.
What conference can you attend to grow professionally and network, got ya covered.
Looking for a swim scholarhsip for lessons- Yup, its there.
Need a jump start on uniforms, equipment and supplies- youll find it there.
If you are a water safety advocate, please tag your besties to spread awareness of this amazing resource, and dont hesitate to share with friends and families, as it will help someone in some way!
My hope is that by creating a hub of resources, more info can be shared, lessons can be improved through both education, awareness, skills and advocacy.
