Man injured after semi-truck and train crash in Prospect A man was seriously injured after his semi-truck collided with a train in Prospect Monday afternoon.
This afternoon just after 1 PM, a tractor trailer struck a train on Route 11 in Masardis. Reports say the truck was unable to stop as the train was crossing Route 11, causing it to derail.
Rough estimates say the clean up could take 2-3 days, so the road will be closed until further notice. Please follow the posted traffic routes and do not approach the crash site.
